TCPA Communication & Consent Policy

Electronic Consent & Authorization

By checking the consent box, clicking "Submit," typing your name, signing electronically, or otherwise providing your express written consent ("ESIGN"), you acknowledge and agree that your electronic signature carries the same legal effect as a handwritten signature pursuant to the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act), 15 U.S.C. §7001 et seq., and any applicable state electronic signature laws.

You expressly authorize The McCleery Organization, LLC, including all present and future parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, series LLCs, managed entities, operating brands, divisions, successors, assigns, and entities operating under common ownership or control (collectively, "The McCleery Organization," "we," "our," or "us") to communicate with you as described below.

Severability

If any portion of this policy is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law
