A Vision Nearly a Decade in the Making
The McCleery Organization began with a vision in 2016 when founder and Chief Executive Officer Paul D. McCleery set out to create a destination unlike anything else in the hospitality and entertainment industry.
What began as an idea in Colorado evolved through years of research, travel, and strategic planning. Between 2017 and 2019, Paul traveled across the United States studying successful entertainment districts, hospitality concepts, and community-focused developments to understand what transforms great businesses into lasting destinations.
After relocating to Texas, the vision continued to evolve through extensive market research and industry analysis. In 2024, The McCleery Organization was formally established as a Texas Series Limited Liability Company, creating the foundation for a diversified portfolio of businesses operating under one unified corporate vision.
Today, The McCleery Organization brings together hospitality, entertainment, real estate, development, media, and strategic partnerships to create businesses, destinations, and opportunities designed to deliver lasting value for generations.
