The SPC McCleery Foundation is the charitable and community initiative of The McCleery Organization, a veteran-owned company based in Texas. The Foundation is being established to focus the organization's community commitments in a few durable areas: workforce development, education and training, local partnerships, and support for veterans and military families. Its approach favors long-term relationships with schools, nonprofits and civic organizations over one-time gestures, and practical programs that create real pathways to skilled work.
What We Do
Workforce development and training
The Foundation is designed to support training pathways in hospitality, construction, media production and skilled trades, connecting local residents to instruction, mentorship and practical experience.
Education partnerships
Planned initiatives include collaboration with high schools, community colleges and technical programs on curriculum input, site-based learning opportunities and recognition of student achievement.
Veteran and military family support
As a veteran-owned organization, we intend to prioritize programs that assist veterans and military families with employment readiness, mentorship and connection to community resources.
Community and civic partnerships
The Foundation is being structured to work alongside established local nonprofits and civic groups, contributing coordination, volunteer participation and organizational support to efforts already underway.
Its Place in the Organization
The Foundation is how the organization's stewardship value is expressed outside its balance sheet. It is intended to work closely with the operating companies and with The Railhead at New Hope, where hospitality, media, retail and construction activity is planned to create training and employment pathways for residents of the surrounding Central Texas communities.
The SPC McCleery Foundation is in formation, and the programs described on this page are planned initiatives that are being developed rather than active programs.
