McCleery Capital Management is the internal corporate finance function of The McCleery Organization. It supports the umbrella and its series entities with capital planning, budgeting discipline, financial reporting standards and coordination of project funding requirements. The company does not manage money for outside clients and does not provide investment advice, brokerage or financial services to the public. Its mandate is internal: to ensure that the organization's growth is planned deliberately, funded responsibly, and measured consistently across every operating company.
What We Do
Strategic capital planning
The company builds and maintains the organization's internal capital plan, sequencing development priorities against available resources so that commitments are made deliberately and in the right order.
Internal funding coordination
McCleery Capital Management coordinates the funding requirements of individual projects and series entities, working with lenders, institutional partners and the organization's advisors to align timing, structure and obligations.
Financial oversight and reporting
Consistent budgeting, forecasting and internal reporting standards are applied across the organization's entities, giving leadership a single, disciplined view of financial position and commitments.
Long-term growth initiatives
The function evaluates long-horizon initiatives against the organization's stewardship standards, testing each opportunity for strategic fit, operational readiness and durability before it advances.
Its Place in the Organization
McCleery Capital Management is a support function rather than a public-facing brand. It serves the umbrella and its series entities, including the companies operating within The Railhead at New Hope, by maintaining the planning, funding coordination and financial discipline that allow independent operating businesses to grow within one shared framework.
McCleery Capital Management is an internal corporate function of The McCleery Organization and is engaged in planning and oversight work supporting projects that are currently being developed.
