The Ember & Spur is the whiskey and cigar house of The McCleery Organization, being developed as a refined, low-lit retreat within The Railhead at New Hope. It is designed around a curated spirits program, a premium cigar selection, and a membership structure intended to reward regular patrons. The room is planned as the district's quiet counterpoint, suited to conversation, hosted gatherings, and unhurried evenings.

A premium cigar selection is planned alongside purpose-built humidification and ventilation, so that the room is designed to be comfortable for cigar and non-cigar guests alike.
Membership with genuine standing
A membership program is planned to offer priority access, locker service, and member gatherings, structured to build a consistent community around the room rather than simple foot traffic.
Private events, hosted quietly
Intended to accommodate private gatherings, client hosting, and small celebrations, with service, seating, and sightlines designed for discretion rather than spectacle, and for conversation that is not competing with the room.

The Ember & Spur operates as an independent company under The McCleery Organization and is planned as a complement to the dining and entertainment venues of The Railhead at New Hope. Where the district gathers crowds, this room is designed to hold conversation, extending the guest experience and deepening the district's appeal across the evening.
