1848 Prime is the signature dining brand of The McCleery Organization, planned as an upscale American and Texas steakhouse with an approximate three hundred fifty person capacity and dedicated private dining. It is designed to pair classic steakhouse discipline with Texas provenance, delivering a room that is suited equally to a celebration, a quiet dinner, and a private gathering hosted with intention and care.

A room built for occasion
Planned with an approximate three hundred fifty person capacity, with materials, lighting, and acoustics intended to hold both a quiet table and a full house.
Private dining, hosted properly
Dedicated private dining spaces are planned for board dinners, family celebrations, and hosted gatherings, with rooms and service designed to meet the expectations that come with the occasion.
Part of the district evening
Positioned within The Railhead at New Hope so that dinner, entertainment, and hospitality are designed to work together, allowing a single visit to carry an entire evening without leaving the district.
Its Place in the Organization
1848 Prime operates as an independent company under The McCleery Organization and anchors the culinary program of The Railhead at New Hope. It is planned to serve district guests, private hosts, and the surrounding community, and to hold the standard of hospitality by which the wider development intends to be measured.
1848 Prime is currently in design and development at The Railhead at New Hope and is not yet open to the public.
